Leadership Announcement - Holy Trinity Academy

Christ The Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools is pleased to announce Holly Dreger as temporary Vice-Principal of Holy Trinity Academy.   

Mrs. Dreger joined Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools in 2017, starting her career at St. John Paul II Collegiate teaching junior high Math and Science. During her time there, she took on leadership roles as both Technology Lead and Math Lead, where she supported teachers in trying new instructional approaches, using data to guide their teaching, and finding ways to better engage students. 

In 2023, Mrs. Dreger became one of the Vice Principals at St. John Paul II Collegiate. In this role, she has focused on building a strong, collaborative culture among staff through the support of CLCs. She is committed to student-centered learning, maintaining high academic standards, and helping teachers use assessment in meaningful ways to improve student learning.  As Vice Principal, Mrs. Dreger has also worked to strengthen school-wide systems. She has been involved in developing and refining attendance procedures to better support student success and accountability. She also works closely with new teachers through classroom observations and feedback, encouraging reflection and supporting their professional growth in alignment with divisional priorities. Mrs. Dreger’s leadership is grounded in her Catholic faith. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, faith-filled environment where all students are supported in their spiritual, academic, and personal growth.  

Mrs. Dreger shares, “I’m very excited to be joining Holy Trinity Academy next year! I look forward to bringing my junior high experience into the high school setting, continuing to support our students as they transition. I am grateful for this opportunity to learn from and work alongside the staff at HTA.”
