Access to Information Requests
Alberta’s Access to Information Act (ATIA) establishes rights for persons to access records, as defined in the ATIA, that are in the custody or control of public bodies subject to limited and specific exceptions.
A $25 initial application fee is required for general (non-personal) Access to Information requests. Processing begins after payment is received.
Please note: There may be additional fees dependent on the scope of the request. If our estimated service fees are over $150 (general requests), we’ll send you a fee estimate and may require a 50% deposit before continuing to process the request.
