Christ The Redeemer Catholic Schools is pleased to announce Aileen Taylor as Director of Student Mental Health and Pathways for the Catholic Education Centre.

Mrs. Taylor shares, “I am very grateful for the opportunity to serve as Director of Student Mental Health and Pathways for CTR Catholic. After 26 years working in school-based mental health and counselling, I am very excited to bring this experience into a leadership role supporting our students, families, and school communities. I am committed to recognizing the dignity and potential of every young person and to working tirelessly to create opportunities that support student wellness and positive pathways. I am passionate about supporting our school communities in meaningful and practical ways and look forward to walking alongside our students, families, staff, and school leaders with faith, compassion, and a deep commitment to serving our community. “

Superintendent Dr. Andrea Holowka shares, “Mrs. Taylor brings a breadth of knowledge and experience that has greatly benefited Christ The Redeemer in supporting student mental health. By expanding her role as Director, she will be able to draw on her extensive leadership experience and expertise in mental health supports, career development, and post-secondary transitions to further strengthen our division’s work in supporting student well-being and future readiness.”

Associate Superintendent Marco Pacione shares, “As a dedicated student advocate, Mrs. Taylor’s collaborative and energetic approach has significantly impacted CTR since she joined our team. I am thrilled that her expertise in student mental health and post-secondary/career planning will continue to support our schools’ excellent work, ensuring our students are confident, well, and fully prepared for life after graduation.”
