Leadership Announcement - Director of Human Resources

Christ The Redeemer Catholic Schools is pleased to announce Mrs. Lana Clark as the new Director of Human Resources at the Catholic Education Centre.

Mrs. Clark shares, “I am incredibly honored and excited to step into the role of Director of Human Resources for CTR Catholic. Having served this division for over 25 years, I look forward to serving our division at a systemic level. I am eager to meet the people of CTR and to experience firsthand the beauty that lies within the staff, students, and schools across our division. In a Catholic school division, human resources is about ministry just as much as management. I look forward to supporting our school leaders, welcoming our new educators, and nurturing a supportive, faith-filled workplace culture where all of our staff truly thrive.”

Superintendent Dr. Andrea Holowka shares, “Mrs. Clark has been an outstanding leader at the Centre For Learning@Home for many years, demonstrating exceptional skill in supporting complex learning environments that provide unique educational opportunities for families across Alberta. Her extensive experience working with staff, parents, and students within our largest school community will translate well in supporting the human resource needs of CTR through her new role as Director. We are grateful for the many gifts she brings to our Senior Administration team and look forward to her continued leadership and service to our division.”

Associate Superintendent Carmen Ostafichuk shares, “I am very excited to have Mrs. Clark as the Director of Human Resources.  She is as productive as she is personal, she is thoughtful and thorough, and she is faith-filled and focused. Our team will be stronger with her as a part of it.”
