On this International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, CTR Catholic stands in solidarity with those who have suffered racism or prejudice. Every person is created in the image and likeness of God, and so deserves respect, dignity, and love. As a Catholic school division, it is not enough to value our diversity and inclusivity. Solidarity requires us to see the other as another self, suffer with them, and love them as we would want to be loved. Join us in prayer today as we ask our God, who stands in solidarity with us, to help us confront racism wherever it may be, and build a more just and peaceful world. 🙏
