🚌CTR Catholic is again using an annual registration renewal process to help better manage bus registrations. To renew or cancel your child’s school bus registration for the 2026/2027 school year: ➡️ During the week of March 23–27, families of current bus riders will receive an email with a unique renewal link for each student currently registered for bus service. Grade 12 students will not receive a renewal link. ➡️ If you do not see the email in your inbox by the end of March, please check your spam or junk folder. ➡️ We ask that all renewal forms be completed by April 30, 2026. ➡️ The email will come from Christ The Redeemer at noreply@transfinder.com. This is a legitimate email for your child’s school bus registration renewal. The subject line will read: 2026-2027 Annual Bus Registration Renewal_Student Name ➡️ Please note: if a renewal form is not received by April 30, 2026, your child will be removed from bus service for the 2026/2027 school year.
On this International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, CTR Catholic stands in solidarity with those who have suffered racism or prejudice. Every person is created in the image and likeness of God, and so deserves respect, dignity, and love. As a Catholic school division, it is not enough to value our diversity and inclusivity. Solidarity requires us to see the other as another self, suffer with them, and love them as we would want to be loved. Join us in prayer today as we ask our God, who stands in solidarity with us, to help us confront racism wherever it may be, and build a more just and peaceful world. 🙏
At Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools, our partnerships with local parishes are such an important part of who we are. Experiences like this help our students grow in faith, deepen their understanding of the Mass, and feel connected to the wider Catholic community. Today is the great feast of the humble St. Joseph. A man we know of by his works and not his words. Given the care of the Son of God and his Blessed Mother, Joseph was later given the care of our country Canada as our patron. "O most watchful guardian of the Holy Family, defend the chosen children of Jesus Christ; O most loving father, ward off from us every contagion of error and corrupting influence; O our most mighty protector, be kind to us and from heaven assist us in our struggle with the power of darkness.”
A reminder to families that Parent/Teacher Interviews will take place in the afternoon on Thursday, March 19 and there are no classes on Friday, March 20. Contact your school to set up an interview with your child's teacher.
Today, we honour the feast of St. Patrick, patron of Ireland. Beyond the shamrocks and green clothes, Patrick brought the light of Christ to a new land and left a legacy of faith in the Most Holy Trinity that lasts to this day. ☘️
